Joe Farkas combines diverse musical elements from Punk to Funk in his mashup-heavy live performances.   Wether it’s house, disco, dubstep, UKG, trap, hip-hop, moombaton or open format, Joe Farkas keeps it funky, fresh and the audience always guessing!  His frequent guest performances at Pittsburgh’s longest-running EDM weekly, 2Step Tuesdays have run the gamut from UKG, tech house and bass house to drum and bass.  As a founding member of The Pittsburgh Funk Fam, Joe Farkas has promoted and performed at many events including long-running monthly events G’d Up and Teched Out and Down To Funk.  His recent performance at Bassburgh’s G’d Up and Teched Out with Pittsburgh stalwarts Bakked and Nice Nate was well attended and well-received.  When he’s not rocking Pittsburgh Bars he’s handling duties at area weddings and private events.  Joe Farkas’ diverse background shines on recent releases such as The Final Funk Fury Part 2 and his live performance from Bassburgh’s G’d Up and Teched Out at The Goldmark in Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh PA.
